Q). What films are included in the
Moral Hygiene™ collection?
A). You can check for a list of films on each DVD from here.
Q). How are the Moral Hygiene DVDs packaged?
A). Our professionally-produced DVDs are shipped in retail Amaray style DVD cases just like you would find in a store. These beautifully packaged DVDs make great gifts and are themselves works of art. While we offer some of the best prices anywhere, we have never sacrificed quality for price.
Q). What about DVD compatibility?
A). Our DVDs are designed for optimal playback on all home DVD players, but it is possible that some older and/or very low-end systems might have trouble playing them. Although this is quite rare, it is worth mentioning.
Q). Why do many of the films have scratches, audio pops, and look faded?
A). Given that most of these films in this collection were struck from rare 16mm prints, the original audio and video quality in some instances is less than perfect. We have tried to improve it to the best possible quality. However, due to the inherent condition of the original source material, we’ll just have to be thankful to have what we’ve got!
Q). Do the DVDs include all of the
films seen in the TV infomercial?
A). The
infomercial features clips from approximately 20 films – all of which are
included in the Moral Hygiene™ 5-DVD TV Offer. And there are over 30 more!
Q). What age group is appropriate for
Moral Hygiene?
A). Ages 9 to
90.

Q). How secure is your web site?
A). We at Moral
Hygiene™ guarantee that we are using the state of the art in encryption software
to ensure the security of your information when submitted on our site. Our
secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best
software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of
your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so
that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Q). What credit cards can I use?
A). We honor
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept payment
through PayPal.
Q). When will my credit card be charged
for an order?
A). Your card
will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.
Q). Can I pay by Check, Money Order, or
Cashier's Check?
A). Yes, but we
must wait for a check to clear before shipping your order. This will add
approximately 2 to 3 weeks to the processing time for your order. Money Orders
or Cashier's Checks and PayPal orders will be processed immediately.

Q). How is shipping and handling
calculated?
In the U.S. and Canada, for orders up to
$19.95, the charge is $5.95.
In the U.S. and Canada, for orders from $20.00 to $39.90, the charge is $7.95.
In the U.S. and Canada, for all orders over $39.95, the charge is $9.95.
All other countries please e-mail us for
shipping and handling rates.
Q). Do you ship COD?
A). No. The
non-delivery rates for COD orders make it cost prohibitive for us to do so.
Q). Do I have to pay sales tax on my
order?
A). If your
order is shipped to Nevada, we will automatically add the applicable sales tax
(6.50%). At this time, all other orders do not incur sales tax.
Q). Will my name and other information
be kept private?
A). Our company
is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We believe it is important you
know how we treat the information about you we receive on the Internet.
You can visit
MoralHygiene.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal
information about yourself. Our web servers collect the domain names, not the
email addresses, of visitors. This information is aggregated to measure the
number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. We use this
information to measure the use of our site and to improve the content of our
site.
There are times,
however, when we may need information from you, such as your name, mailing
address and email address. When information is needed, we will try to let you
know at the time of collection how we will use the personal information.
Usually, the personal information we collect is used only by us to respond to
your inquiry, process an order, provide you with the status of your order, or
allow you to access specific account information.

Q). How long does it take to process an
order?
A). We ship
credit card, money order, and cashier’s check orders within 3 to 4 business days
from receipt of order. Personal check orders take an additional 2 to 3 weeks.
Q). By what method do you ship items to
me?
A). All U.S.
orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Q). Can you ship to a Post Office Box?
A). Yes, since
we ship via USPS we can deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Q). How much does it cost to overnight
the product shipment to me?
A). Currently we
do not offer this as an option.
